The project is provided under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 License which is not FOSS due to limiting redistribution and use.
The project changed from a GPLv3 to the current non-FOSS CC license in September of 2024. In a GitHub thread, the author stated that they had approval from prior contributors to make this license change.
The project does not appear to currently market itself as free or open source software.
